Clear, fair terms so everyone knows where they stand.
Trial class
The first class is free and carries no obligation. Continuing after the trial means accepting these terms.
Fees and payment
Monthly fees are agreed in writing before the first paid month and are payable in advance. All plans are a minimum of five classes a week. Gulf, Pakistan and India fees are set in local currency; other prices on the website are approximate conversions from USD.
Rescheduling and absences
Classes may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 3 hours' notice. Classes missed without notice may be counted as taught.
Refunds
If you are unhappy within the first paid week we will refund the unused portion of that month.
Conduct
We expect respect from students and parents alike. Tutors may end a session that becomes inappropriate.
